Our boats, local mashuas have all been built in Chole. The gentle movement and sounds of sailing are part of the pleasure. The boat crew will be more than happy to hand over the tiller if you want to experience helming the boat. Also, plan to visit Juani and the old ruins of Kua (circa 1200’s), the Blue Lagoon/upside down jelly fish pond and the Amazon Channel. And if you’re timing is right, visit Juani for a memorable turtle-hatching encounter.
